The company is a manufacturer of aluminum extrusions, metal and plastic components under the brand name Polyfit sign systems for the fabrications of modular architectural sign systems. Target buyers of the products are sign supplies distributors and sign companies that are in a position to become wholesale distributors in their countries. They will sell the sign systems to sign making companies in their respective countries. At present, the company has a distributor in Chicago, Ability Plastics, Inc. that markets the Polyfit sign systems. We intend to identify one to two companies in addition to the existing distributor in the United States to work with us. They are ready for instant assembly and installations on wall, door, ceiling, floor and ground.
